Terms & Conditions

General

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and the purchase of any products offered through it. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Product Descriptions

Each piece in our collection is unique and many items incorporate antique or vintage elements. While every effort is made to accurately describe and photograph each item, slight variations in colour, tone, and appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or the natural characteristics of the materials.

Due to the nature of antique and vintage accessories, minor signs of age may be present and are considered part of the character and history of the piece.

Pricing

All prices listed on our website are shown in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information. In the event that an item is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Product Availability

While we make every effort to ensure that items listed on our website are available as offered, we cannot guarantee that all products will be in stock at the time an order is submitted.

We reserve the right to withdraw products from sale at any time for any reason, or to decline an order if we are unable to process or fulfil it. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the purchaser.

Order Cancellation

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

Returns

We will consider the return of items purchased through our website on a case-by-case basis.

In order for an item to be eligible for return, the piece must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with the tag attached. If you wish to request a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

Proof of purchase will be required. All returned items will be carefully inspected and compared with our archive photographs to ensure they are in the same condition as when originally received by the client.

We reserve the right to decline a return if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Bespoke & Commissioned Pieces

We welcome bespoke and commissioned jewellery.

Due to the personalised nature of these pieces, bespoke and commissioned items are non-returnable and non-refundable once work has commenced.

Any timelines provided for bespoke work are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the piece and workshop schedules.

Hallmarking & Materials

Where required by UK law, all precious metal pieces are hallmarked by a recognised UK assay office. Many of our pieces incorporate antique or vintage components that may bear original hallmarks.

Details regarding metal purity and gemstone information will be provided where known, however certain antique pieces may not have complete historical records.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly once payment has been received and cleared.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and courier services. While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs authorities.

Risk in the item passes to the customer upon delivery.

International Duties and Taxes

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and tariffs imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of our control. In some cases, it may be possible to reclaim these charges by contacting your local customs office. However, we are unable to provide advice or assistance regarding customs procedures or duty recovery.
