To help with overall condition guidance we provide a general alphabetic condition grade. As a boutique family business, we encourage you to contact us prior to purchase to talk through the specifics of our hand-selected, preloved items.

Due to the nature of the items, there is inevitable wear and while we endeavour to cover these in the imagery and grading we would always prefer to hear from you so that we can give you our personal opinions based on our years of expert knowledge.

• BRAND NEW: A box fresh item.
• GRADE A: Exhibits no signs of use or wear and could be considered as new. It may never have been used but is not brand new.
• GRADE B: Exhibits no obvious faults and could be considered nearly new. There are only minor condition notes, which we can discuss upon request. This item is in excellent condition.
• GRADE C: Exhibits gentle signs of wear consistent with age and use. Any signs of use or wear are minor which we can discuss upon request. The item is considered to be in very good condition.
• GRADE D: Exhibits regular signs of wear consistent with age and moderate use. This item either has light overall wear or small areas of heavy wear which we can discuss upon request. The item is considered to be in good condition.
